2507 duplex steel threaded swing check valve, model H14W, H14Y, pressure PN16-PN25, diameter DN15-DN100, thread form: NPT, BS, G thread. The 2507 duplex steel threaded check valve features excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking, local corrosion, fatigue corrosion, and wear, especially in environments containing chloride ions. Applicable media: seawater and highly saline water, high-concentration chloride ion liquids.
Duplex steel (duplex stainless steel) is a type of stainless steel in which the ferrite phase and austenite phase each account for half in its solid quenching structure. Generally, the content of the minimum phase should also reach 30%. Duplex stainless steel is formed by increasing the Cr content or adding other ferritic elements on the basis of 18-8 austenitic stainless steel. It not only has a bidirectional structure of austenite and ferriite, but also saves Ni alloy.
Duplex stainless steel combines the advantages of ferritic stainless steel and austenitic stainless steel. The presence of austenite reduces the brittleness of high-Cr ferrite and the tendency of crystal growth, while maintaining excellent toughness and weldability. The presence of ferrite enhances the yield strength of austenite, its resistance to intergranular corrosion and its resistance to chloride stress corrosion.
2507 Duplex Stainless Steel (abbreviated as DSS), with two metallographic structures of austenite and ferrite, is thus named Duplex steel. Its characteristic is resistance to chloride ion corrosion. This type of steel is characterized by low carbon content, high chromium, high nickel, high molybdenum and high nitrogen content, and has excellent resistance to pitting corrosion, with a pitting corrosion equivalent greater than 40.

Packing of Standard Packing:
Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L) quantities. Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 470 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request. E FORUs’ is carefully handled to minimize damage during storage and transportation and to preserve the quality of our products in their original condition.
