The D71X flue gas desulfurization butterfly valve can be widely used in fluid pipelines such as hydropower, sewage, construction, air conditioning, petroleum, chemical industry, food, medicine, light textile, papermaking, water supply and drainage, etc., for regulation and shut-off. By changing the material, it can be adapted to different media such as water, gas and oil, with an applicable temperature range of -20 to 80℃. By replacing the materials of the valve plate sealing ring, O-ring, butterfly plate, rotating shaft, etc., it can be applied to various media and different temperatures. The valve automatic control equipment is equipped with high-quality electric actuators or double-acting pneumatic actuators, which can achieve dual opening and closing functions of automatic and manual operation.

Structural features of D71X flue gas desulfurization butterfly valve:

The main structure is composed of valve body, valve disc, valve seat, valve stem and transmission operating mechanism, etc. The valve seat adopts a detachable structure, and according to the physical and chemical properties of different media, corresponding high-temperature resistant, low-temperature resistant, corrosion-resistant, light-resistant and anti-aging materials can be selected.

The inner and outer surfaces of the ductile iron shell of the valve can be treated with high-temperature electrostatic spraying of epoxy resin powder coating. The coating has high corrosion resistance and extremely high bonding strength with the ductile iron substrate, with a coating thickness of 0.2-0.5mm.

1. It adopts a centerline structure with no eccentricity design, featuring a significantly low operating torque. When equipped with an electric device, its economic efficiency is remarkable.

2. The design is reasonable, the structure is compact, installation and disassembly are simple, and maintenance is convenient.

3. It adopts a rubber-lined structure. The circumferential sealing surface of the butterfly plate is precisely processed to a high degree of smoothness, which has an extremely low friction coefficient with the rubber valve seat and a long service life of the valve.

4. The flow characteristics of the valve plate sealing surface are in a linear state, with a relatively small flow resistance coefficient, resulting in low valve flow resistance.

5. The designed molded rubber valve seat has excellent balance and support, effectively avoiding damage to the rubber caused by uneven force. When the valve is in the fully closed position, the rubber is in an optimal compressed state to maintain zero leakage.

6. The rubber sealing surfaces at both ends of the valve protrude from the ductile iron flange surface, eliminating the need for additional rubber gaskets when the valve is installed in the pipeline

7. The operating mechanism of the butterfly valve can be flexibly selected.

Packing of Standard Packing: 

Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L) quantities. Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 470 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request.
