The sealing ring of the D343W titanium alloy butterfly valve is made of stainless steel, featuring the dual advantages of metal hard sealing and elastic sealing. It has excellent sealing performance in both low and high temperature conditions, and is characterized by corrosion resistance and long service life. During operation, the butterfly valve reduces torque force, achieving the functions of labor saving and energy conservation. This ensures overall corrosion resistance, high-temperature resistance and damage resistance. It is widely used in industrial pipelines of metallurgy, power, petrochemical, water supply and drainage, and municipal construction where the medium temperature is ≤425℃, for regulating flow and cutting off fluid.

Structural features of D343W titanium alloy butterfly valve:

This valve adopts a three-eccentric sealing structure. The valve seat and the butterfly plate have almost no wear and have a sealing function that becomes tighter the more you observe.

Titanium material characteristics of D343W titanium alloy butterfly valve:

Titanium alloy refers to various alloy metals made of titanium and other metals. Titanium is an important structural metal developed in the 1950s. Titanium alloys have high strength, good corrosion resistance and high heat resistance.

The density of titanium alloys is generally around 4.51g/cm ³, which is only 60% of that of steel. Some high-strength titanium alloys exceed the strength of many alloy structural steels. Therefore, the specific strength (strength/density) of titanium alloys is much greater than that of other metal structural materials, and components with high unit strength, good rigidity and light weight can be produced. Titanium alloys are used for the engine components, frame, skin, fasteners and landing gear of aircraft.

The operating temperature is several hundred degrees higher than that of aluminum alloys. They can still maintain the required strength at medium temperatures and can work for a long time at temperatures ranging from 450 to 500℃. These two types of titanium alloys still have a high specific strength within the range of 150℃ to 500℃, while the specific strength of aluminum alloys drops significantly at 150℃. The operating temperature of titanium alloy can reach 500℃, and that of aluminum alloy is below 200℃.

Titanium alloys work in humid atmospheric and seawater media, and their corrosion resistance is far superior to that of stainless steel. It has particularly strong resistance to pitting corrosion, acid corrosion and stress corrosion. It has excellent corrosion resistance to alkali, chlorides, organic substances containing chlorine, nitric acid, sulfuric acid, etc. However, titanium has poor corrosion resistance to reducing oxygen and chromium salt media.

Titanium alloys can still maintain their mechanical properties at low temperatures and high temperatures. Titanium alloys with excellent low-temperature performance and extremely low interstitial elements, such as TA7, can still maintain certain plasticity at -253℃. Therefore, titanium alloy is also an important low-temperature structural material.

Packing of Standard Packing: 

Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L) quantities.
