Fork-type pneumatic butterfly valve, high-torque pneumatic, equipped with high-pressure butterfly valve, large-diameter butterfly valve, DN50-DN2000, PN0.6-6.4MPa, temperature resistance 350℃. Material: WCB carbon steel, 304, 316 stainless steel. Pneumatic systems are available in two types: single-acting (spring return) and double-acting. It can be equipped with accessories such as solenoid valves (single control, double control), limit switches, valve position switches, intelligent positioners, and lock position valves.

The three-eccentric structure causes the sealing specific pressure between the two sealing surfaces of the sealing pair of the butterfly valve to be generated by the driving torque applied to the valve stem when the butterfly valve is closed. Not only does it eliminate the reduction and disappearance of the sealing specific pressure caused by factors such as the aging of the elastic material, cold flow and elastic failure of the conventional elastic valve seat, but also the sealing specific pressure can be adjusted arbitrarily by changing the external driving torque, thereby improving the sealing performance of the three eccentric butterfly valve and greatly increasing the service life of the butterfly valve.

1. Three-eccentric structure: When the butterfly valve is opened from 0° to 90°, the sealing surface of the butterfly plate will immediately detaching from the sealing surface of the valve seat at the moment of opening. When it is closed from 90° to 0°, only at the moment of closing will the conical sealing surface of the butterfly plate come into contact with and press against the conical seal of the valve seat. Therefore, there is no friction between the valve seat and the sealing surface on the butterfly plate, eliminating the possibility of wear and leakage.

2. Valve stem shaft sleeve design: The upper and lower parts of the valve stem are equipped with shaft sleeves to prevent wear and adhesion, thereby enhancing the service life.

Butterfly plate sealing: The butterfly plate sealing ring adopts a sealing surface made of soft and hard laminated stainless steel sheets and flexible graphite plates, which endows it with the dual advantages of metal hard sealing and elastic sealing. It has excellent sealing performance in both low-temperature and high-temperature working conditions. The butterfly plate sealing ring is locked on the butterfly plate by the pressure plate, which is easy to install, adjust and replace.

The sealing surface of the valve body: It is surfacing with Stellite hard alloy, making the sealing surface have high strength, good hardness and wear resistance.
