The D343W/H flanged multi-layer metal hard seal butterfly valve adopts a precise j shaped elastic sealing ring and a three-eccentric multi-layer metal hard seal structure. It is widely used in industrial pipelines of metallurgy, power, petrochemical, water supply and drainage, and municipal construction where the medium temperature is ≤425℃, for regulating flow and cutting off fluid. This valve adopts a three-eccentric structure. The sealing surfaces of the valve seat and the disc are both made of stainless steel of different hardness, which has excellent corrosion resistance and a long service life. The product complies with the gb/t13927-92 valve pressure test standard.
Features of D343W/H flanged multi-layer metal hard seal Butterfly valve:
This valve adopts a three-eccentric sealing structure. The valve seat and the butterfly plate have almost no wear and have a sealing function that becomes tighter the more you observe.
2. The sealing ring is made of stainless steel, featuring the dual advantages of metal hard sealing and elastic sealing. It maintains excellent sealing performance in both low and high temperatures, and is characterized by corrosion resistance and a long service life.
3. The sealing surface of the disc plate is surfacing with cobalt-based hard alloy, which is wear-resistant and has a long service life.
4. The large-sized butterfly plates adopt a quilted structure, featuring high strength, large flow area and low flow resistance.
5. This valve features bidirectional sealing function. During installation, it is not restricted by the flow direction of the medium or affected by spatial position, and can be installed in any direction.
6. The drive unit can be installed in multiple positions (rotating 90° or 180°), which is convenient for users to operate.
