The D341X soft-sealed flanged butterfly valve, as a component used to achieve cut-off and flow control in pipeline systems, has been widely applied in many fields such as petroleum, chemical engineering, metallurgy, and hydropower. Among the known butterfly valve technologies, the sealing forms mostly adopt sealing structures, and the sealing materials are rubber, polytetrafluoroethylene, etc. Due to the limitations of structural features, it is not suitable for industries that require high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance. There is currently a relatively advanced type of butterfly valve, which is the three-eccentric metal hard-sealed butterfly valve. The valve body and the valve seat are integral components, and the sealing surface layer of the valve seat is surfacing with high-temperature and corrosion-resistant alloy materials. The multi-layer soft-stacked sealing ring is fixed on the valve plate. Compared with the traditional butterfly valve, this type of butterfly valve has the advantages of high-temperature resistance, easy operation, no friction during opening and closing, and compensation sealing as the torque of the transmission mechanism increases during closing, which improves the sealing performance of the butterfly valve and extends its service life
