The BD343H insulated butterfly valve, also known as the jacketed butterfly valve, is based on the common three-eccentric metal hard-sealed butterfly valve. A metal jacket is welded to the outside of the valve body. On both sides of the valve body of the insulated butterfly valve, there are jacket interfaces, which can be used to insert steam or other superheated gases to prevent the medium from solidifying or crystallizing at normal temperature. The flange of the insulated butterfly valve is one to two specifications larger than that of the ordinary metal hard-sealed butterfly valve. It is mainly used in various systems such as petroleum, chemical engineering, metallurgy, and pharmaceuticals.

Working principle of BD343H insulated butterfly valve:

The valve body and butterfly plate of the BD343H insulated butterfly valve are designed based on the three-dimensional eccentric principle, which idealizes the spatial movement trajectory of the sealing surface. There is no wear or interference between the sealing pairs. In addition, the sealing material is reasonably selected and the valve seat is overlay welded with stl alloy, thus reliably ensuring the sealing performance, high-temperature resistance, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the entire valve seat.

Packing of Standard Packing: 

Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L) quantities. Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 470 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request.
