The three-piece ball valve with a platform has the following advantages:

1. The fluid resistance is small, and its resistance coefficient is equal to that of a pipe section of the same length. 2 Simple structure, small volume and light weight.

3 The ball valve is tight and reliable. Currently, plastic is widely used as the sealing surface material of the ball valve, which has good sealing performance and has also been widely used in vacuum systems.

Three-piece ball valves can be classified into straight-through type, three-way type and right-angle type according to the position of their channels. The latter two types of ball valves are used for distributing the medium and changing the flow direction of the medium.

Three-piece quick-installation ball valves are used in various pipelines with a pressure of 1000PSI to cut off or connect the medium in the pipeline. It can be installed without a bracket and directly connected to an electric actuator or a pneumatic actuator. A handle can also be installed on the shaft to achieve manual function. The O-shaped structure of the valve core is suitable for cut-off applications, while the V-shaped structure of the valve core is suitable for regulating the flow rate. Select the appropriate valve seat according to different media and the temperature of the medium.


Selection of actuator

The three-piece quick-installation ball valve is composed of an electric three-piece quick-installation ball valve (on-off type and regulating type control signal 4-20mA) and a pneumatic three-piece quick-installation ball valve (on-off type and regulating type control signal 4-20mA), which are connected by a bracket, a coupling, an electric three-piece quick-installation ball valve (on-off type and regulating type control signal 4-20mA).


The working principle of the three-piece ball valve is to make the valve unobstructed or closed by rotating the valve stem. The application of ball valves in pipelines:

Ball valves are mainly used on pipelines to cut off, distribute and change the flow direction of the medium. Stainless steel ball valves designed with V-shaped openings also have good flow regulation functions. Sanitary ball valves can be tightly closed with a 90-degree rotation operation and a very small torque. The completely equal inner cavity of the valve body provides a straight-through flow path with very little resistance for the medium. Ball valves not only have a simple structure and good sealing performance, but also within a certain nominal diameter range, they are small in size, light in weight, consume less material, have a small installation size, and have a small driving torque. They are easy to operate, quick to open and close, easy to operate and maintain, and are suitable for general working media such as water, solvents, acids and natural gas, as well as media under harsh working conditions.
