The Q41F-16Ni pure nickel ball valve is a type of valve in which the main components such as the valve body, valve cover, ball and valve stem are cast or forged from pure nickel corrosion-resistant materials. It is mainly applied in working conditions with high-temperature concentrated alkali corrosive media. Nickel ball valves have strong resistance to corrosion of working medium and high cost performance in application. They are widely used in the control systems of pipelines in industrial fields such as chemical engineering, petrochemicals, metallurgy, atomic energy, Marine development, and desulfurization in power plants, solving corrosion problems that cannot be addressed by general stainless steel and other metal and non-metal materials. Ensure the long-term safe, reliable and stable operation of pipeline control valves in extremely harsh corrosive media. The commonly used material grades include N6, N201, N200, CZ100, Nickel200, Nickel201, Alloy200, N02200, N02201, etc.
Product features of Q41F-16Ni pure nickel Ball Valve:
Its yield strength is more than twice that of ordinary austenitic stainless steel, and it has sufficient plasticity and toughness required for forming. The wall thickness of storage or pressure vessels made of duplex stainless steel is reduced by 30 to 50% compared with that made of ordinary austenitic steel, which is conducive to cost reduction.
2. It has an excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking. Even duplex stainless steel with a low alloy content has a higher resistance to stress corrosion cracking than austenitic stainless steel, especially in environments containing chloride ions. Stress corrosion is a prominent problem that is difficult to solve for common austenitic stainless steel.
3. The corrosion resistance of 2205 duplex stainless steel, which is widely used in many media, is superior to that of ordinary 316L austenitic stainless steel. Super duplex stainless steel has extremely high corrosion resistance and can even replace high-alloy austenitic stainless steel and even corrosion-resistant alloys in some media.
4. It has excellent resistance to local corrosion. Compared with austenitic stainless steel with a similar gold content, duplex stainless steel has better wear resistance and fatigue corrosion resistance.
5. It has a lower coefficient of linear expansion than austenitic stainless steel and is close to that of carbon steel, making it suitable for connection with carbon steel and having significant engineering significance, such as in the production of composite plates or linings, etc.
6. Whether under dynamic or static load conditions, duplex stainless steel has a higher energy absorption capacity than austenitic stainless steel, which has practical application value for structural components to deal with sudden accidents such as impacts and explosions.
