The valve body of the Q347H top-mounted fixed ball valve is of an integrated design, which ensures that the valve can be used without being affected by the expansion of the pipeline. Both the ball and the valve seat adopt an upper-mounted structure. When repairing the valve, there is no need to remove the valve from the pipeline. The ball and the valve stem can be made as a single unit, effectively resolving the processing gap between the valve stem and the ball, and ensuring the precise positioning of the ball and the protection structure against valve stem blowout. The sealing form between the valve stem and the valve cover is not the ordinary packing type seal, but a packing combination seal. The ball and the valve seat can be made with PPL or metal hard seals according to customer requirements.

Packing of Standard Packing: 

Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L) quantities. Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 470 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request.
