The characteristics of the worm gear fixed ball valve 


1. Operation is effortless: The sphere is supported by upper and lower bearings, reducing friction and eliminating the huge sealing load caused by the imported pressure pushing the sphere against the sealing seat, which results in excessive torque.

2. Reliable sealing performance: The PTFE elastic material sealing ring is embedded in the stainless steel valve seat. The metal valve seat tail end has no spring, ensuring sufficient preload for the sealing ring. When the sealing surface of the valve wears during use, under the action of the spring force, the valve continues to maintain good sealing performance.

3. Fireproof structure: To prevent the polytetrafluoroethylene sealing ring from burning and causing a large leakage that may intensify the fire, a fireproof sealing ring is set between the sphere and the valve seat. When the sealing ring burns, under the action of the spring force, the valve seat sealing ring is quickly pushed onto the sphere, forming a metal-to-metal seal, achieving a certain degree of sealing effect.

4. Automatic pressure relief function: When the pressure of the medium in the valve chamber abnormally rises and exceeds the pre-tightening force of the spring, the valve seat retreats and detaches from the sphere, achieving the effect of automatic pressure relief. After pressure relief, the valve seat automatically resets.

5. Drainage pipeline: Both the upper and lower parts of the valve body are equipped with drainage holes. They can be used to check if the valve seat has leaked. During operation, when the valve is fully open or fully closed, the pressure in the middle chamber is relieved, and the packing can be replaced directly.
