Structural characteristics

2. The valve seat is composed of a PTFE sealing ring and a spring, which has a strong adaptability to changes in pressure and temperature and will not cause any leakage within the usage range.

3. The processing of the spheres is tracked and inspected by advanced computer detectors, and the processing density of the spheres is high.

4. The sealing ring is made of C-PTFE material with 20%Carbon content to ensure complete no leakage.

Compared with similar products of the same specification, the valve body is smaller, lighter in weight, more beautiful in appearance and has a longer service life.

6. The valve body, ball and side valve body are all formed by pressing welded steel pipes. The valve stem adopts double "O-ring" seals and has the function of preventing blowout.

7. The filter screen and the ball are integrated as one. The filter screen ball valve is connected in the pipeline and has a filtering function by itself. It can be used as a substitute for the filter, achieving the effect of one valve with multiple uses. This saves the installation space of the pipeline and operating costs, and can prevent impurities with a diameter greater than 4.5mm from passing through.

8. The filter screen adopts a bevel opening design to ensure the normal passage of the medium and the normal operation of the valve while blocking impurity particles. The pressure relief valve design is adopted, which can adjust the pressure difference inside and outside the valve body to improve the safety performance of the valve. Meanwhile, the threaded ball valve can be used to replace the pressure relief valve, making the operation more time-saving.
