When the medium enters the valve from below the valve disc, the resistance needed to be overcome by the operating force is the friction force of the valve stem and the filler and the thrust generated by the pressure of the medium. The force of closing the "Angle globe valve" is larger than that of opening the "Angle globe valve", so the diameter of the valve stem is larger, otherwise the failure of the valve stem top bending will occur.

Angle globe valve is a commonly used cut-off valve, mainly used to connect or cut off the medium in the pipeline, generally not used for regulating flow. The applicable pressure and temperature range of the globe valve products is large, but it is generally used for medium and small caliber pipelines, and is suitable for steam, oil, water and other media ≤425 ° C.
