Duplex stainless steel has a low carbon content, high chromium, high nickel, high molybdenum and high nitrogen, and has excellent resistance to pitting corrosion. The pitting corrosion equivalent is greater than 40. It has excellent corrosion resistance and comprehensive mechanical properties.
