Youdaoplaceholder0 Sanitary manual tank bottom discharge valve is a valve specifically designed for tank bottom installation, mainly used in highly hygienic industries such as dairy, food processing, beverage production, pharmaceuticals and fine chemicals. Its main function is to empty the container material to ensure that the material does not remain in the valve chamber, and at the same time it is designed with the feature that the valve seat opens into the container to avoid accidental opening of the valve due to pipe overpressure
Characteristics
Manual operation: This valve is a single-seat valve operated manually, which is simple and intuitive to operate.
Tank bottom installation: Specifically installed at the bottom of the tank, it facilitates the emptying of container materials and prevents material retention in the valve cavity.
Safety design: The feature of the valve seat opening into the container has been designed to prevent the valve from accidentally opening due to overpressure in the pipeline. There are two designs, 45° and 90°, and they can be interchanged between pneumatic and manual operations to meet different needs.
Multiple specifications: The specifications range from DN25/1" to DN100/4", suitable for tanks of different capacities.
Wide temperature adaptability: The temperature range is -20℃ to 150℃, depending on the sealing material, to adapt to different working environments.
High pressure resistance: Can withstand a pressure of 10bar.
High-quality materials: Materials such as ASTM 304/1.4301 and 316L/1.4404 are adopted, which have strong corrosion resistance.
Multiple sealing options: Sealing materials include EPDM, FPM, and HNBR for selection.
