Characteristics

The operating principle is reliable: When the pressure of the fluid is greater than the suction pressure of the spring, the valve opens. When the two pressures are equal, the valve closes. A stronger pressure difference can also close the valve, ensuring the uniqueness of the fluid flow direction.

Crafted from high-quality materials: The external structure and shaft are made of AISI 316L/304 material, and the spring is also made of AISI 304 material, featuring excellent corrosion resistance and hygiene performance.

Compliance with hygiene standards: The gasket is made of EPDM, meeting the FDA 117.2600 standard to ensure safety in contact with fluids. Meanwhile, gaskets are also available in materials such as NBR, FPM (fluororubber), or PTFE, and they comply with the FDA117.2600 standard (optional).
