I. Product Introduction of ZJY46H- Combined Pressure Reducing Valve
When high-pressure water enters the pressure regulating chamber through the conduit and jet pump, the valve is in a closed state and the pressure reducing valve will close rapidly. When the reservoir is at rest, we can adjust the pressure through the pressure relief valve and quickly close the outlet pressure locking valve to lock the pressure water in the pressure regulating chamber, thereby maintaining the opening degree of the pressure reducing valve unchanged. So as to ensure that the output pressure remains unchanged. Among the numerous pressure reducing valve series products, the soft-sealed pressure reducing valve can reduce static pressure. When the valve after the pressure reducing valve is closed and the flow velocity in the pipeline is 0, the valve disc of the pressure reducing valve, that is, the throttling cone, will close rapidly. The nitrile rubber sealing surface can ensure that the high-pressure water before the valve will not leak into the pipeline after the valve, and the pipeline after the valve still maintains low pressure. The sealing surface material of the throttling cone of the soft-sealed pressure reducing valve is nitrile rubber. Compared with the metal sealing throttling cone made of stainless steel, it is inferior in terms of durability and cavitation resistance. The material of the metal seal is allowed.
Ii. Main Working Principle of ZJY46H- Combined Pressure Reducing Valve Product
The pressure reducing valve is suitable for piston type pressure reducing valves with a nominal pressure of no more than 4.0MPa and a nominal diameter of no more than DN500mm. Pressure reducing valves with a nominal pressure greater than 4.0MPa or a nominal diameter greater than DN500mm may refer to this guideline for implementation. The pressure reducing valve is composed of a main valve, a pilot valve and a stop valve. When the regulating spring is in the free state, the main valve and the pilot valve are in the closed state. Turn the adjusting screw, and the medium will push open the pilot valve. At the same time, it will enter the rubber diaphragm chamber of the main valve to maintain a pressure balance with the adjusting spring. Then it will enter the rubber diaphragm chamber of the main valve, causing the rubber diaphragm to rise. The main valve will open, and the medium will flow to the outlet (at this time, the stop valve will open to maintain a certain pressure in the chamber). The medium at the outlet will then be fed back to the chamber above the rubber diaphragm and the chamber below the pilot valve. When the outlet pressure increases, the diaphragm of the pilot valve moves upward, the opening degree of the pilot valve decreases, causing the medium pressure in the chamber to drop. At the same time, the pressure in the chamber drops, the rubber diaphragm of the main valve moves downward, the opening degree of the main valve decreases, the outlet pressure drops, and a new balance is reached. And vice versa.
Iii. Main Features of ZJY46H- Combined Pressure Reducing Valve Product
A pressure reducing valve is a type of pressure stabilizing valve that can self-regulate by water pressure under complex and variable working conditions. It maintains the stability of the pressure and flow at the outlet when the inlet pressure and flow rate change. It is fully self-controlled, with simple debugging and reliable operation. The feedback system of the pressure reducing valve is an independent system that controls the flow area (the opening degree of the throttling cone) based on the change signal of the outlet pressure of the pressure reducing valve. The pressure reducing valve is equipped with A dual feedback system that serves as backups for each other. The operation mode where system A is activated and system B is deactivated can achieve the purpose of maintaining the pressure reducing valve without stopping the machine. The operating conditions of hydropower stations are rather complex. In particular, the quality of water directly affects the safe operation of equipment. For hydropower stations with a large amount of sediment, in addition to using stainless steel and surfacing nickel-based alloy at the flow position of the pressure reducing valve to prevent abrasion, the backwash and drainage device of the pressure reducing valve can also effectively prevent the blockage of the feedback control system, enabling the pressure reducing valve to maintain good working conditions in water with a lot of sediment and debris. The standard configuration of the backwashing and drainage system is manual control. The frequency of backwashing and drainage should be determined based on the actual water quality, or a PLC automatic backwashing and drainage device can be directly adopted.
