Working principle
The main body of the Y110, Y42SDY42XY410 and Y416 series pressure reducing and stabilizing valves is composed of valve body, spring cover, plug, valve core, piston sleeve, valve seat, limit nut and rubber diaphragm and other parts. The upper valve is of the normally open spring diaphragm type. The rear and rear of the valve are adjustable. By changing the throttling port, pressure loss is caused to achieve pressure reduction. This valve is of the top inlet and bottom outlet type. When the pressure after the valve is fed back to the rubber diaphragm and the valve core through the pressure feedback mechanism, the valve disc and the throttling port are kept in the corresponding positions. When the set value is reached, the throttling port valve closes to reduce the static pressure. When the pressure after the valve is lower than the set value, the pressure of the spring presses down on the valve core and opens the throttling port again to increase the pressure, ensuring that the pressure after the valve does not exceed the set value. Since the ratio of the P1 acting surface to the P2 acting surface is 1:10, a force of 0.1MPa after the valve can balance the force of 1MPa before the valve, thus having a pressure stabilizing effect.
