The nuclear-grade single gate valve is a cutting device specially designed for the nuclear island and nuclear safety systems of nuclear power plants. It adopts a single wedge-shaped or parallel gate plate structure, meeting the nuclear safety level 2/3 standards, featuring resistance to radiation, thermal shock, and zero leakage. It is used for the full opening and full closing control of key media such as reactor coolant.

Application fields
Reactor coolant system (primary loop): As the main circuit isolation valve, it withstands high-temperature and high-pressure borated water medium and must meet the nuclear safety level 1 seismic and LOCA accident conditions requirements.
Main steam and feedwater system: Used for cutting off steam pipelines in the conventional island and nuclear island, it can withstand high-temperature steam (≤350℃~550℃) and high-pressure impact.
Safety shell isolation system: Quickly closed in accident conditions to prevent the leakage of radioactive substances, and it needs to pass strict airtightness and seismic tests.
Emergency cooling and makeup water system: Configured on high-pressure/low-pressure makeup water pipelines, ensuring reliable cutting or conducting of coolant in emergency situations.
