### **Technical Datasheet: Nickel 200 Wire (UNS N02200)**
#### **1. Product Overview**
**Nickel 200 Wire** is a wrought product form manufactured from commercially pure nickel (99.6% minimum), supplied in various diameters and tempers to meet diverse industrial requirements. This wire combines the excellent corrosion resistance of Nickel 200 with the flexibility and formability needed for electrical, fastening, and structural applications.
Available in diameters ranging from fine gauges for electrical applications to heavier diameters for mechanical components, Nickel 200 Wire maintains its properties from cryogenic temperatures up to approximately **315°C (600°F)**. The material exhibits excellent ductility and can be supplied in various tempers from annealed (soft) to hard drawn for specific application needs.
#### **2. Chemical Composition (% Weight)**
Composition conforms to ASTM B160 for nickel wire products.
