### **Product Datasheet: AL 800H™ / INCOLOY® 800H (UNS N08810)** **A Nickel-Iron-Chromium Alloy for High-Temperature Applications** --- #### **1. Overview** **AL 800H™**, commercially known as **INCOLOY® 800H**, is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy designed for optimal performance in high-temperature environments. The alloy is stabilized with titanium and aluminum to control grain growth and provide excellent creep and rupture properties at temperatures above 540°C (1000°F). This alloy exhibits outstanding resistance to oxidation, carburization, and sulfidation, making it particularly suitable for prolonged service in demanding thermal processing applications. Its controlled carbon content and optimized grain structure ensure consistent mechanical properties under sustained high-temperature exposure. --- #### **2.
