### **Product Datasheet: Alloy X / Inconel® HX Wire (UNS N06002)** **Alloy X** (commercially known as **Inconel® HX** and standardized as **UNS N06002**) is a nickel-chromium-iron-molybdenum superalloy specifically engineered for extreme high-temperature service. The **wire** product form of this solid-solution strengthened alloy combines excellent high-temperature strength with outstanding oxidation and carburization resistance, making it ideal for high-temperature fastening, weaving, and welding applications. Available in diameters from fine wire (0.1mm) to large diameter spooled wire (6.0mm), Inconel HX wire maintains consistent mechanical properties and surface quality, suitable for both room temperature and high-temperature applications up to 1200°C (2200°F). --- ### **1.
