### **Product Introduction: Alloy 625 (Inconel 625) Bar // UNS N06625** **Alloy 625** is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum superalloy renowned for its exceptional strength and outstanding corrosion resistance across a wide temperature range. The key to its performance is the solid solution strengthening effect of molybdenum and niobium (columbium) on its nickel-chromium matrix. This eliminates the need for precipitation hardening treatments, allowing the alloy to retain its properties in both high-temperature and cryogenic environments. It is known by the common trade name **Inconel® 625** and is standardized as **UNS N06625**. We supply this superior material in various bar forms, including **Round Bars** and **Flat Bars**, to meet diverse industrial machining and fabrication needs. --- #### **1. Key Characteristics** * **Excellent Fatigue Strength:** Superior resistance to fatigue and thermal-fatigue. * **Outstanding Corrosion Resistance:** High resistance to a wide range of severe corrosive environments, including pitting, crevice corrosion, and chloride-ion stress-corrosion cracking. * **High Strength & Toughness:** Maintains high tensile, creep, and rupture strength from cryogenic temperatures up to 1800°F (980°C). * **Oxidation Resistance:** Excellent resistance to oxidation and scaling at high temperatures. * **Ease of Fabrication:** Can be welded and fabricated using standard techniques. --- #### **2.
