Working principle:

The five-valve assembly consists of two discharge valves, namely the high and low pressure valve and the balance valve. The structures of the five valve components are the same. The on or off of the valve is determined by the movement of the valve disc driven by the valve stem assembly. Its function, similar to that of the three-valve assembly, is to connect or disconnect the pressure lead point from the positive and negative measurement chambers of the differential pressure transmitter

The WF-5 five-valve set is suitable for various imported instrument devices and can be installed in conjunction with various differential pressure, flow, liquid level and other transmitters. During operation, the two sets of calibration valves and the balance valve should be closed. If inspection is required, just cut off the high and low pressure valves, open the balance valve and the two calibration valves, and then close the balance valve again to calibrate and balance the transmitter. This product is widely used in the measurement pipelines of instruments in the pharmaceutical, food, power, chemical and other industries.

Packing of Standard Packing: 

Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L) quantities. Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 470 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request.
