### **Product Datasheet: Thixomolded® AM60A Magnesium Alloy** **Introduction** Thixomolded® AM60A is a semi-solid molded magnesium alloy processed using Thixomolding® technology, which combines elements of plastic injection molding and metal casting. This advanced manufacturing process produces components with superior microstructural characteristics compared to conventional die casting. The thixotropic behavior of the semi-solid material allows for production of complex, thin-walled components with excellent mechanical properties and dimensional stability. --- #### **1.
