The self-sealing knife gate valve achieves a sealing effect by using two rubber valve seats to clamp and press against the gate plate. When the gate plate is fully open, the two sealing valve seats will automatically fit and press against each other, forming a fully rubber short pipe. Coupled with the internal pressure of the pipe, a stronger sealing effect is achieved. Meanwhile, when the valve is fully open, the gate plate can be replaced online. There is no need to disassemble the entire valve for gate replacement and maintenance, which would affect the normal operation of the pipeline.
