The Z641H pneumatic gate valve is widely used in oil, chemical, water conservancy, thermal power plants and other oil and steam pipelines as a device to connect or cut off the medium in the pipeline. The Z641H pneumatic gate valve is a low-rise stem pneumatic gate valve with a pneumatic actuator (double-layer cylinder and buffer mechanism) and a manual and its protection mechanism (manual and self-locking pneumatic-manual conversion device). Due to the adoption of a double-layer cylinder structure, the lifting force of this valve has doubled compared with the single-cylinder pneumatic gate valve. This fundamentally solves the problem that some single-cylinder pneumatic gate valves are wedged inside and cannot be opened. Moreover, due to the buffer mechanism of the pneumatic gate valve, it can effectively reduce the wear of the valve plate sealing surface and the valve body sealing surface caused by the downward impact of the piston when closing the pneumatic valve. At the same time, it can also avoid the phenomenon of the gate plate getting stuck.
