Product Features

The valve body adopts a cast structure.

2. The valve seat adopts an O-ring seal and a floating valve seat structure with a preload applied, ensuring bidirectional sealing at the valve inlet and outlet. Moreover, the opening and closing torque of this structure is only half that of ordinary valves, enabling the valve to be opened and closed easily.

3. The valve seat adopts PTFE embedded on the sealing surface, featuring dual sealing of PTFE against metal and metal against metal. The PTFE sealing surface also has the function of removing dirt from the gate plate.

4. The gate of the valve, whether fully open or fully closed, always fits the sealing surface, protecting the sealing surface from direct erosion by the medium and thus extending its service life.

5. When the valve is fully open, the passage is smooth and straight, the flow resistance coefficient is extremely small, there is no pressure loss, and the pipeline can be cleaned by passing hairballs.

6. When the valve is closed, it can automatically release the high pressure inside the cavity (for details, please refer to the working principle diagram), ensuring safe use.

7. The closed gear rotation opening and closing indicator mechanism is adopted, which can clearly reflect the opening and closing conditions of the valve for a long time.

8. The outer surface of the directly buried valve is treated with epoxy coal tar asphalt for anti-corrosion, which can have the same service life as the pipeline.
