The valve stem of the WZ41H bellows gate valve adopts a dual sealing structure of bellows and packing, ensuring a leak-free seal at the valve stem. It is particularly suitable for pipelines carrying flammable, explosive, toxic and valuable media. The bellows seal structure is reasonably designed, fatigue-resistant and has a long service life.

Product Features
The bellows sealed gate valve, with its key component being the metal bellows, has its lower end welded to the valve stem assembly by automatic roll welding and its upper end welded to the connecting plate by automatic roll welding, forming a metal barrier between the fluid medium and the atmosphere to ensure zero leakage of the valve stem.
2. The valve disc adopts a conical design, and the sealing surface and the medium form a streamlined shape, which provides better sealing performance and a longer service life.
3. Dual sealing design (bellows + packing) : If the bellows fails, the valve stem packing will also prevent leakage and comply with international sealing standards.
4. The valve cover is equipped with a built-in greasing joint, which can directly lubricate the valve stem, nut and shaft sleeve, unlike the traditional method of only adding lubricating oil to the threads.
