Product Overview: The opening and closing part of the high-pressure forged steel gate valve is a rigid solid gate plate. The movement direction of the gate plate is perpendicular to the fluid direction, and it can be used for full opening or full closing. The valve body is integrally forged, which is very suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure working conditions. Gate valves have low fluid resistance, and their sealing surfaces are less eroded and washed by the medium. They are easier to open and close. The flow direction of the medium is not restricted, and they do not disturb the flow or reduce pressure. They have a simple shape, short structural length, good manufacturing processability, and a wide range of applications.
Ii. Product Features of High-pressure Forged Steel Gate Valves:
The middle cavity adopts a pressure self-tightening sealing structure. The higher the pressure inside the cavity, the better the sealing performance. The two ends of the branch pipe are welded to meet different pipe connection requirements.
The sealing surfaces of the gate plate and the valve seat of the opening valve are formed by surfacing with stellite cobalt-based hard alloy. The motion seal features high hardness, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, good scratch resistance and a long service life.
The valve stem has undergone quenching and tempering and surface nitriding treatment - it has good corrosion resistance and scratch resistance.
