Working principle
The A and B ports of this component are connected to the outlet of the slurry pump, and port C is the output end, which is connected to the system pipeline. When the pump connected to end A is working, the slurry pressure (generally around 0.5MPa) pushes open the valve body 3. Under the restriction of the raceway 2, the valve body 3 automatically moves to the valve seat at the left end B. The valve body is in close contact with the valve seat at end B by the pressure of the slurry, thus achieving a good seal, and the slurry is conveyed into the system from port C. When the process requires the B-end slurry pump to operate, the A-end stops working and depresses, and the B-end slurry starts running. Under the action of the slurry pressure, the valve body 3 moves to the right valve seat. At this time, the A-end is sealed, and the slurry enters from the B port and flows out from the C port
The reversing rubber-lined check valve is mainly used in various industrial pump scenarios such as mines, power plants, chemical plants, water treatment plants, petroleum, and large-scale lubrication systems (used as flange valves), where one is in use and the other is as a backup. It is composed of two valve bodies, upper and lower, which are connected together by square or elliptical flanges. There are two slurry inlets on the lower valve body and one slurry outlet on the upper part of the upper valve body. The seal is located in the valve cavity. The feature lies in that the upper valve body is equipped with an movable slide way for sealing balls, and there is a guiding wedge block at each end of the slide way. The two slurry inlets of the lower valve body are arranged at an incline. The sealing balls in the valve are made of rubber balls or steel balls. Compared with the existing technology, it can save one pipeline, will not cause the accumulation of solid substances in the slurry, and the operation is convenient and smooth when switching pumps. For factories and mines, the operation is convenient and smooth when achieving automated control, and two sets of valve control points can be omitted during the realization of automated control. It has the advantages of rapid slurry switching, good sealing performance, strong wear resistance and long service life.
