The pneumatic zirconia ceramic ball valve uses high-purity ZrO2 zirconia ceramic as raw material. After rare earth materials are infiltrated in a vacuum environment of ultra-high temperature and high pressure, the toughness, flexural strength and wear resistance of zirconia are greatly improved.

The pneumatic zirconia ceramic ball valve is developed and manufactured by our factory based on the high-wear conditions such as power plant feeding regulation, metallurgical silicon powder transportation, and coal powder transportation. It features excellent corrosion resistance, high-temperature resistance, as well as outstanding wear resistance and erosion resistance. To a large extent, it has changed the requirement that the service life of ordinary steel valves in high-wear working conditions cannot meet the system maintenance cycle.

Packing of Standard Packing

Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L) quantities. Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 442 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request. ATTs’  is carefully handled to minimize damage during storage and transportation and to preserve the quality of our products in their original condition.
