Property description: 

Colorless cubic small crystals. Toxic! Slightly soluble in hot water, soluble in acids and ammonium chloride. Density 4.89, melting point 1355℃, boiling point 2137℃. Preparation: Mix barium carbonate with water to form a paste, add excess hydrofluoric acid, heat until dry, and then heat in an inert atmosphere to gradually remove HF to obtain.
