Product Application:
Jin Guang Hong C (ink red) is mainly used for ink. It has a bright color, possesses the characteristic of rich color and golden luster, is relatively sturdy and durable. The ink produced with it flows well, has good resistance to sunlight and heat. It can also be used for coloring watercolor, crayons, pencils and plastic products, etc. The chemical structure of the rubber red LC brand name is the same as that of Jin Guang Hong C, except that there is a slight difference in the synthesis process. After the coupling reaction is completed, it is not subjected to resinification but directly precipitates barium salt, resulting in a red powder. The texture is soft, presenting a bright yellowish-red color, with high coloring power, good heat resistance, no color change, no color migration, and is mainly used for coloring rubber and plastic products such as cables and wires.
Production method and others:
The product is obtained by reacting CLT acid (2-amino-4-methyl-5-chlorobenzenesulfonic acid) with ammonium hydroxide to form a salt, then performing diazotization, coupling with 2-naphthol, followed by rosinization with rosin, and finally achieving color precipitation with barium chloride, and then undergoing post-treatment. 1. Goldlight Red C (Oil Black Red) requires the color light to be similar to the standard, with a coloring power of 100 ± 5 (points), moisture content ≤ 1.5, water-soluble salt content ≤ 1, oil absorption capacity 55 ± 5, heat resistance 100℃, sun resistance 3-4 levels, acid resistance and alkali resistance both at level 1, water permeability, ethanol permeability both at level 3, paraffin permeability 2-3 levels, oil permeability 4-5 levels. Rubber Red LC commercial pigment requires the color light to be similar to the standard, with a coloring power of the standard 100 ± 5 (points), moisture content ≤ 1.5, heat resistance (unchanged after 1h) 140℃, water permeation reaction (pH value) 6-8, oil permeation - no, migration - no contamination, fineness (residue content after passing through 100 mesh sieve) ≤ 5.
