The VQ47 flanged V-type ball valve is a type of ball valve. Its closing part is a hemispherical ball with a V-shaped opening. The V-shaped opening has a sharp cutting edge. During the rotation of the ball, there is a wiping effect between the closing parts, which has a cutting force on the medium. The V-shaped opening of the ball and the valve seat flow channel form a fan-shaped area. During the rotation process, the cross-sectional area of the flow channel can be changed. It forms the regulation of the medium. It is a kind of angular rotation control valve. Its sealing performance is the same as that of ordinary ball valves, making it have both regulation and on-off functions. 1. Integral valve body structure: The valve bodies of both wafer type and flanged V-type ball valves are integral side-mounted structures, which are less likely to cause deformation and leakage.

2. Upper and lower self-lubricating bearings: The valve body is equipped with upper and lower self-lubricating bearings, which have a large contact area with the valve stem, high load-bearing capacity, and low friction coefficient, reducing the torque of the valve.

3. The valve seat can be selected as either a metal hard seal or a PTFE soft seal according to the requirements of the medium and working conditions. The sealing surface of the metal hard seal valve seat is surfacing with hard alloy, and the spherical surface is plated with hard chromium or treated by spray welding, ion nitriding, etc., which makes the sealing surface last longer and improves its temperature resistance. Soft-sealed PTFE valve seats or reinforced PTFE valve seats have good sealing performance, corrosion resistance and wide adaptability.

4. Economy: The valve body is lightweight, the valve stem torque is small, and when equipped with pneumatic or electric actuators, the corresponding specifications are smaller.
