The electrical control system adopts PLC intelligent control, which greatly simplifies the electrical circuit and has a strong self-diagnosis function for faults. It can be controlled locally and remotely, and is linked and controlled by the central control room and the turbine. It has a high degree of automation, is safe and reliable, and is an ideal equipment for realizing the management concept of "few people on duty and no one on duty" in hydropower stations.
2. The hydraulic control system adopts accumulators for energy storage. When the hydropower station is out of power and there is no power supply, the accumulators release energy, which can achieve emergency water flow to close the ball valve, providing sufficient safety guarantee for the safe operation of the unit.
3. It has a wide applicable water head range, with the maximum water head reaching up to 1,600 meters.
4. Low fluid resistance: Ball valves have the least fluid resistance among all types of valves. When fully opened, the flow path is a smooth through hole, resulting in minimal hydraulic loss.
