The Q61F-16RL three-piece extended welded ball valve is a ball valve with a three-piece structure. This design is more convenient when cleaning the ball core, the inner cavity, replacing the PTFE valve seat gasket or damaging the ball core. After confirming that the pipeline where it is located has stopped operating and there is no pressure inside the pipe, unscrew the bolts and nuts that clamp the middle valve body part, and then take it out for cleaning or replacement. Since both ends have been welded to the pipeline, when reinstalling the middle valve body, simple alignment is required. Move the ball core to a position that does not exceed the middle valve body. After confirming that there are no impurities remaining on the surface of the ball core, PTFE gasket or other material gasket, reset them and tighten the bolts and nuts. Also, make sure there is no leakage during the operation of the pipeline.

The valve stem of the three-piece extended welded ball valve adopts an anti-blowout stem design. Combined with the valve stem sealing packing, its sealing is more tight. Due to the internal flow channel design, there is no residual fluid and the fluid pressure loss is small.

The three-piece extended welded ball valve can be driven by manual, pneumatic or electric means. The valve body needs to be equipped with a platform or bracket to fix and install the actuator, which is convenient for remote control of the valve. As it is a 90° ball-core rotary valve, when equipped with a pneumatic actuator with a positioner or an intelligent electric actuator, it can also be used as a regulating valve when controlling the flow in the pipe. Generally, the regulating range is 0°-90°, and the regulating accuracy is 1°.

The three-piece extended welded ball valve has a wide range of applications and can be used in industries such as chemical engineering, petroleum, water treatment, and papermaking. It is mainly used to cut off or connect the medium in the pipeline. The media used include water, steam, oil products, etc.
