2. Anti-static design: It adopts a spring and a small ball static electricity extraction device. Through the valve stem, a static electricity channel is formed between the ball and the valve body. Thus, the static electricity generated by the friction between the ball and the sealing ring during the opening and closing process is conducted to the ground through the valve body, preventing potential dangers such as fire or explosion caused by static electricity sparks.
3. When the sealing valve seat and valve stem seals of the sealed emergency rescue and valve are damaged and leakage occurs, the sealing grease injected through the grease injection valve can achieve an instant sealing effect. When the valve is in normal working condition, grease can be injected through the grease injection valve to lubricate the valve stem and the ball surface, making the opening and closing of the valve more flexible and convenient.
4. Valve seat structure design: a. The medium retained in the valve cavity of the valve cannot be automatically released. A pressure relief valve needs to be installed on the valve body to maintain a constant pressure and release the abnormal pressure rise in the valve cavity.
c. The upstream adopts a single-piston valve seat and the downstream adopts a double-piston valve seat: It has a double-blocking function and can simultaneously cut off the medium from both the upstream and downstream. 5. Setting of the installation platform for the drive unit

6. Extended valve stem: For valves installed underground, the valve stem can be extended as required by installation and operation. The size of the extended valve stem should be in accordance with the customer's requirements. All sewage pipes, exhaust pipes and emergency grease injection devices are lengthened accordingly. Other related pipelines are closely attached to the lengthened parts of the valves. The sewage valves, vent valves and grease injection valves are connected to the ground for installation to facilitate regular maintenance of the main valves. The surfaces of the valves are coated with corrosion-resistant asphalt, polyurethane or epoxy resin, etc. in accordance with the specifications to adapt to the underground installation and usage conditions.
7. Extended valve cover: For valves that require operation at low temperatures, by extending the valve cover, the distance between the valve body and the valve stem sealing area is increased, avoiding the influence of temperature on the seal. The extended height can be determined according to the standard provisions or customer requirements.
8. Valve structure: The valve adopts a three-body side-mounted forged and welded structure, eliminating the excessive torque caused by the huge sealing load formed between the ball and the sealing seat driven by the inlet pressure. The surface finish of the sphere reaches a mirror finish, and it is lined with a bushing with good self-lubricating properties, which can achieve a small opening and closing torque even under a relatively high operating pressure.
9. Characteristics of the welded structure: The welding of the left and right bodies and the middle body adopts the typical narrow-gap submerged arc multi-layer welding. The special flux used during welding has the current-carrying and slag removal effects required for welding. The particle size of the weld layer is relatively fine, meeting the performance requirements of high-strength and high-toughness welded metals. The welding is subject to 100% ultrasonic testing and hardness testing to ensure the welding quality of the weld seam.
10. Finite element analysis: The valve body and internal components have been meticulously designed to ensure reliable operation under various working conditions. The finite element analysis method was adopted to conduct simulated working condition analysis on the strength of the valve shell, the force on the internal components, and the operating torque of the valve stem, etc., to optimize the prone problems and weak points and ensure the superior performance of the valve.
