1. Its structure adopts the eccentric clamping principle to achieve the purposes of locking, regulating and closing through the transmission mechanism. The sealing pair is a metal surface ring band hard surface contact seal. The double eccentric structure ensures that the valve core is located in the ball storage chamber when opening, with a large flow cross-section and the valve not being eroded. When closing, the valve core is not eroded. When opening, the valve core surface gradually progresses along the valve seat, effectively removing the scaling obstacles. Achieve reliable sealing. 2. The hemispheres of the valve are made of bimetallic materials, and different alloys are surfacing welded on the base material. The manual eccentric half ball valve utilizes an eccentric valve body, eccentric ball and valve seat. When the valve stem rotates, it automatically centers along a common trajectory. During the closing process, it closes tighter and tighter to achieve a good sealing effect.
