The CPVC integral flange plastic ball valve Q41F-10V has an integrated structure with few leakage points, high strength, flexible rotation, and convenient use. During use, when connecting the two flanges to the pipeline, the bolts should be tightened evenly to prevent the flanges from deforming and causing leakage. Rotating the handle clockwise is for closing, and vice versa for opening. It can only be used for cutting off flow and allowing flow, and should not have flow regulation.

Chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) has become one of the very important engineering plastic materials due to its low cost, high hard and brittle glass transition temperature Tg, high heat bending temperature, slow chemical reactivity and non-reactivity, excellent mechanical strength, non-conductivity, safe combustion conductivity and smoke production.


Application


The plastic ball valve can transport slurry and accumulate less liquid at the pipe opening. Under low pressure, it can achieve excellent sealing. It has good regulating performance. The streamlined design of the plastic ball valve results in low resistance loss of the fluid, making it a kind of energy-saving product.

Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 470 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request.
