2205 high platform three-piece welded ball valve, designed in accordance with ISO5211 standard high platform, can be equipped with pneumatic and electric, model Q61F, Q661F, Q961PEEK, three-piece structure, pressure 1.0MPa-4.0MPa, DN8-DN100. The valve body, ball and valve stem are all made of 2205 duplex steel, resistant to chloride ion corrosion and suitable for seawater.

2205 duplex steel is a type of stainless steel where ferrite and austenite each account for approximately 50%, and the content of the smaller phase should be at least 30%. It has significantly improved resistance to intergranular corrosion and weldability, with high strength and notably enhanced resistance to intergranular corrosion and chloride stress corrosion. Duplex stainless steel has excellent resistance to pitting corrosion and is also a nickel-saving stainless steel.

Pneumatic actuators include spring-return single-acting pneumatic actuators and spring-free double-acting pneumatic actuators. When the valve is required to be fully open or closed in case of a fault, a spring-type single-acting pneumatic valve (reset by the restoring tension of the spring) is provided. When it is required to remain in its original position in case of a fault, a spring-free double-acting pneumatic valve is provided.
